At Destination Gold Detectors LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most new, unopened equipment. If your gear doesn't meet your prospecting needs, we are here to help you find the right tool for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals included, then securely pack it in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
